Certainly a problem with the "isInstalled" rule. Can you post here what you have define as "IsInstalled" rule ?
I found mistake on MSI uninstall code. I was copy paste msi code to x86 installation with mistake, so this problem is gone too.

now everything looks good.. I put the update on to the test to several computers. One computer report that installation finish and in program and features looks all good but JAVA config in ControlPanel missing and java.com test say no java on this computer, so I must uninstall and install again :( People do not even know how I hate Java :(

Any idea how to redeploy the same update to computer where is broken installation ? WSUS detect partly broken installation and don't want install it again.
