Closed Unassigned: Access to module dbo.SwitchLocallyPublished is blocked because the signature is not valid [171]

Hi to all,

i installed the Application like the manual. When i try to create an new Update like JAVA i get an Error called
"Access to module dbo.SwitchLocallyPublished is blocked because the signature is not valid."

Someone can help me to resolve this ?
