Created Unassigned: Defining supersedes is not possible [30]

Hi,

I'm trying to publish a new application (Cisco Jabber) and want to define supersedes for the old version. I can not choose to any supersede package. See Screenshot.
After being published with LUP with supersedes, I can see and change the supersedes in WPP.
