Hi,
our clients have only 8531 port (https) opened to wsus server. When custom update is published WPP automatically creates http://<server fqdn>:8530/Content... address for the update and update download fails with error code 80072EE2.
Is there any way to modify custom update address to https and port 8531?
Regars,
Antti
Comments: Hi, > When custom update is published WPP automatically creates http://<server fqdn>:8530/Content... address WPP doesn't create any address. The address you can see beside the 'Folder' label, came from the Wsus API. This is what WSUS answer when WPP ask 'Where is the file for this Update ?' If WPP show HTTP instead of HTTPS, this mean, you have a configuration problem into the Wsus server. Does your clients computers successfully download Microsoft updates ?
