Edited Task: I have a non-standard SSL port for WSUS [185]

I want to use the WSUS Package Publisher to push out EMET around my business, but my WSUS Server uses a non standard port of 11443 instead of 443 or the 8531.

The port options when connecting to my server gives me only a drop down box.

Why can this not just be an input box? Is there a manual way I can specify my port somewhere?
