New Post: Update reported as 'not installed' is not downloaded.

I have WPP last release. I have an MSI package to install and a client computer reports it as follows:

Status: Not installed
Approval: Install

I didn't change nor add any rule for the Msi installation.

Forcing a DetecNow/ReportNow in the log I can read 'Found 0 updates', but as far as I know there are no errors.
I had another package with the same problem but after some days it was in the 'not installed' state the client finally decided to download and install it !
