did you have EXE which include the Hotfix? If yes, try Windows-Key and R > "Path to Hotfix.exe" /? [ENTER] to get the silent parameters. Most of time it is /s for silent and some other switches more. This commandline switches you can use as commandline parameters in the update sequenz.
