New Post: Published update status "not yet downloaded"

I've created a package from the msi & cab for Java 7 u60, and once the package is created, approved and displayed on the WSUS server it shows the following;

"The files for this update have not yet been downloaded"

Have I missed something somewhere?

The files were local to the server when I created the package, and when I follow the links to the package directories they appear to be correct with files present.
