Open WPP, select each updates one by one and look at the 'Id' field on the Informations tab. Try to locate this UpdateId. Once this is done, look at 'IsIntalled' rules, 'IsInstallable' Rule, Prerequisite, Supersedes update and try to find what's going wrong.
You will probably need to 'Decline' this update then 'Delete' it before re-creating it a differente way.
