New Post: id issues for Deploy third party update

Hi, i have a question on Deploy Adobe reader. i found that the id in the information tag can not be click to open it . Any setting that i am wrong. Secondary, Dose any steps we need to take in order to upgrade the WPP from 1.3.1407.11 to 1.3.14.7.29 ??
