Commented Unassigned: Switching languages without restart [42]

Hi,

switching the language without restarting the program would be nice. Or have a popup inform the user to restart the program.

Comments: .Net is not very at ease with Localization and changing Language at runtime is not clearly supported. I have add a MessageBox to tell the user that modification will take effect after restarting the application. The message is in the language chosen by the user :-)
