Commented Issue: Default language to english [12]

I would be nice to set the default langauage (when the program is started the first time) to english instead of france or set the language according to the language setup of windows, falling back to english when the language is not supported.
Comments: Hi seitfa, I have modified WPP so that, by default, the language is English. I need to add a bug fix for multi-file udpates publication. And doing some test. I hope to publish the new release tomorrow.
