Commented Unassigned: Failed to sign package; error was: 2148204801 [242]

I keep getting the above error message every time I try to import or create a new update. I tried reloading the certificate but not having any luck. This just started either yesterday or the day before as everything was working perfectly earlier this week.
Any help with this error is greatly appreciated.
Comments: When code signing certificate error notifications is enable, WPP notify you when the certificate will expire in less than 30 days.
