Did you deploy the certifacte to the Clients and Servers in the correct Certifacate Storages? The Certificate must stored in 2 Stores on all Clients. I only have a image with german details: http://www.wsus.de/images/content/wpp/06_WPP.png Pls control on some clients if the certificate is in the 2 correct stores.
