Edited Issue: Date string in Last Download Date column in Subscribe to Catalogs view doesn't follow local format [248]

In the main WPP interface, date strings are shown in local format, e.g., the 5th of November of 2014 shows as 11/5/2015 in the U.S., but in the Subscribe to Catalogs window it displays in a different format, e.g., the 23rd of January of 2015 shows as 23/01/2015.
