Ok i decided to skip adobe and flash since this is not a requirement on Windows 8.1. It takes too long to get it work. Adobe is installing fine with the package and command line installation (msiexec /i [msi file] /qn /norestart transforms=trans.mst) but not via WSUS package manager.
