New Post: Windows 2012R2 WSUS & WPP - Unable to connect to local server

1) I am the admin who activated SSL as the recommended in the deployment guide.
2) I can change the settings at anytime if needed.
3) The server is used only to approve/manage updates but clients pull from MS servers.
4) If the WPP tool cannot handle 8531 SSL port but requires 443 that is fine.

I can get my cert and then change back for the GPO. I can also setup a Domain CA and deploy certificates, but that is more trouble.
