Commented Unassigned: Cannot Delete Updates after Revise or Approval [289]

I am having an issue where i cannot delete updates from the WPP console, once they have been approved or revised. When I remove the approval for all groups and then attempt to delete the update, I am receiving an "spDeleteRevision: cannot delete revisionid: ##### because it is still deployed to a Non DSS target group" error message.

Any help would be appreciated.
Comments: Try to expire or decline the update before deleting it.
