I'm not sure what the process is for sharing or publicising catalogs.
I have found a catalog Adobe Reader 2015 MUI updates @ http://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP
file name ReaderCatalog-2015.cab
This catalog only gives the .msp patch file updates. So far they have released
15.006.30060
15.006.30094 and
15.006.30096
Each patch was cumulative and superseded the previous updates.
WPP distribution Adobe Reader 2015 DC MUI process was very similar to the document on AcrobatXI
1 Download Reader2015 DC MUI executable
2 Extract with 7Zip
3 Run Acrobat Customization Wizard DC (remove old versions, don't install services etc)
4 Import to WPP
I needed to add a Windows version rule to prevent it becoming available for a few WinXP clients I still have left
