Commented Unassigned: Adode Reader and Flash updates [317]

I am having a problem applying Adobe Reader and Flash updates now using the msp files. Can you please advise on how to get these updates installed. I get a not applicable for the status in WSUS package publisher.

Comments: 2 servers 2008R2. On each, wsus + wup (version 1.3.1511.15) On the first one, patches run successfully. examples : (Adobe Reader XI update 13, Adobe Reader DC AcroRdrDCUpd1501020056.msp) On the second one, with exactly same patches, Package Publisher says : "Not Applicable" On stations using second server, manually install is OK msiexec /p AcroRdrDCUpd1501020056.msp /qn Any idea ?
