Created Issue: Can not create an uninstall deployment to an update that does not support uninstall [55]

I have received a Debug Info file from an anonymous user which try to approve an update for uninstallation but this update doesn't support uninstall.

I have add a check to detect this update. When WPP detect that an update can not be approve for uninstallation, the form to set approval don't offer the option "Uninstallation".
