Created Unassigned: Win 10 Update - Error 0x8024000b [333]

I'm trying to update a client PC (Windows 10) through our 2012R2 WSUS server and I keep getting this error when trying to install a non-microsoft software using WSUS Local Publisher.

Java installs but technesis doesn't.

Anyone got any suggestions? Client PC is Windows 10.
