Commented Feature: Timezone adjusted for Date/Time display under status and reports [62]

I believe the WSUS server stores all of the "last updated" and "last reported" in GMT time. Then the WSUS Client screen adjusted the times to the system's timezone.

The WSUS Package Publisher does not do that. It displayed everything in GMT. Can we have an option for TimeZone adjustments?
Comments: Modified the way WPP displays the "last updated" and "last reported" time in the "Update Detail Viewer" to be local time.
