Commented Task: Remember last used or preconfigurated path [61]

Add a setting to choose if, when publishing an update, the Update File Wizard always open :
- on a preconfigurated path.
- on the last used path.
- on a preconfigurated path for the main file, and the same path than the main file for additionnal files.

Comments: Adding a new option in the 'updates' tab of the Settings form. Let the user to choose if, when creating a new update, the file Wizard always open: - on the last used path. - On the same specified path When the second option is choose, user can decide if, for additionnal files, the path is substitute by the path of the main update file.
