it seems Adobe changed or removed the uri located in the WPP catalog file:

Comments: HI, I just checked out. The latest update for Flash is 24.0.0.194 It seems that Adobe changed the catalog link to https://.... I tried to change this in WPP, however I was not successfull. May it be that WPP can only download http catalogs ?
