it seems Adobe changed or removed the uri located in the WPP catalog file:

Is there any update available on this?
Comments: You can get a link to the catalog after signing in to your Adobe account. This link works with wpp. But there's currently now newer Version than 24.0.0.194 I shared the catalog. Hopefully it gets pushed down to you sometime. ;) Regards Norbert
