Add a setting to prevent Wsus server to apply Automatic-Approval rules to new locally published updates.
Comments: No, I'm not sure that Update and Application are treat differently by Wsus regarding Automatic approval rules. The new setting will disable automatic approval rules, publish the update and re-enable rules.
