Created Issue: Don't warn user when Server and Console version mismatch on a Replica. [69]

WPP warn the user that he will not be able to publish updates because the Server vresion and the Console version mismatch, even if the server is a Replica.

Change the way WPP handle this case. The user is not warn anymore.
