Commented Feature: Add the option for "reportnow" and "detectnow" [22]

Having the availabilty to "reportnow" and "detectnow" would be a nice addition to the context menu where already starting and stopping the Windows Updates Service exists.

Comments: I think that it could be pretty much easy to add this feature.
