Windows Server 2012 R2, Preview, virtualized as a Domain Controller with WSUS Role:
Running "Wsus Package Publisher.exe" elevated, connnect to WSUS successful.
Message Popup: No Certificate
Menu -> Extra -> Certificate -> create certificate ---> application crashes directly
Problem not depending on the language (tested english and german)
Server 2012 is running .NET 3.5 and 4.5
4.5 is officially backwards compatible, but probably not? ;-)

Comments: I have seen some Crash Report with this problem. The error message say that Wsus can not issue a Self-Signed certificate and suggest to import a already generate certificate. Providing a Home-Made Certificate may works (you need your own Private Root Authority). I don't know if this is because it's a preview edition or a change in the Microsoft policy regarding self-signed certificate. I hope it's because of the edition type. I don't test other features of WPP on Server 2012R2 prev. I hope to have some time to do it this week-end. For instance, I recommend to use Server 2012 but not 2012R2 prev.
