Adding Import/Export updates capability.
Comments: Re-signing the package mean that, I first need to 'Un-Sign' it. Which is not a trivial job. I think that this feature is interesting, essentially, for Wsus admins who use the same Code-Siging certificate through their organisation. I will let this feature like this for now.
