the replica server will download locally published updates from your upstream server, so it needs to trusted these files.
You have to import the certificate into the "Trusted Publushers" store.

- If you use a self-signed certificate, import it into the "Trusted Root authorities" too.
- If you use a home-made certificate, import the certificate of the Root Authority into the "Trusted Root authorities".
