- Check that the computer is in a group where your update is approved for installation.
- Check that the update is shown as "Not Installed" or "Downloaded" for this computer.
- Check in the WindowsUpdate Log on the computer if it detect that an update is available.
- If the computer detect the update, does it successfully download it ?
