When I click on Update Creation Wizard, I get a Send Debug Informations. If I click No or Yes, the application closes.
I test it on a Windows 2003 Spanish with WSUS 3.2.7600.251 and WPP Release v1.3.1309.15v2.

Comments: First you have to update your WSUS to Version .262. WSUS 3.0 (SP2) + KB2720211: Build 3.2.7600.251 WSUS 3.0 (SP2) + KB2734608: Build 3.2.7600.256 WSUS 3.0 (SP2) + KB2828185: Build 3.2.7600.262 Pls update every client with this updates, if there is the WSUS.MSC installed. After this, reboot the Server and try again. If you have Up- and Downstream WSUS, start on upstream with installing this updates. It is good to send the Debug Infos. ;)
