Commented Unassigned: When I click on Update Creation Wizard, I get a Send Debug Informations [121]

When I click on Update Creation Wizard, I get a Send Debug Informations. If I click No or Yes, the application closes.

I test it on a Windows 2003 Spanish with WSUS 3.2.7600.251 and WPP Release v1.3.1309.15v2.
