Run WPP locally on the Wsus server. - Yes WPP is running on WSUS server
Product folder must be empty. - product folder is deleting by itself after click on delete button
Product mustn't have been publish by Microsoft. - product is adobe reader 11
Product can't be the "Locally Published Packages" folder - product name is adobe systems
Option to make newly published update visible in Wsus Console, must be different from "Never".  - by default set to NEVER changed to let me choose and did the magic
