I believe the WSUS server stores all of the "last updated" and "last reported" in GMT time. Then the WSUS Client screen adjusted the times to the system's timezone.
The WSUS Package Publisher does not do that. It displayed everything in GMT. Can we have an option for TimeZone adjustments?
Comments: It would also be helps for the tool to take that into account when setting the package installation deadline. (e.g. convert the local time entered into GMT time when submitting to WSUS)
