Commented Task: Remember last used or preconfigurated path [61]

Add a setting to choose if, when publishing an update, the Update File Wizard always open :
- on a preconfigurated path.
- on the last used path.
- on a preconfigurated path for the main file, and the same path than the main file for additionnal files.
